No doubt Nolubabalo Nobanda is also pondering the same question given she is now sitting in a Thai prison for trying to smuggle 1.5kg of cocaine in her dreadlocks.

COP17 – Huge Success (for Global Warming!)

COP17 in Durban, South Africa, ended with very little achieved except for a huge success for global warming and advocates of beach parties. The UN conference saw the USA make no helpful contribution to solving the problem they largely created for the world and other countries simply followed by example.

That despite the National Youth Development Agency in South Africa being given R69million in funding for the event. So is this an example of yet another interesting state tender award?
