Yesterday, Mr Zuma addressed the Namibian Chamber of Commerce. Subjects of the speech included land reform and the need to do it faster. Mr Zuma said the ANC wanted to reach a target of 30% land redistribution by 2014.
A much funnier topic that Mr Jacob Zuma touched on at that meeting, however was that of corruption. Funny for no other reason than the pure irony of a man fighting serious corruption charges himself making bold statements about cracking down on corruption, particularly government corruption.
One thing is for certain – if Mr Zuma ever decides to teach a leadership course at UNISA – I will pay top dollar to attend. No sarcasm here – Mr Zuma is a testament to political resilience and that takes skill.
Sir Richard Burton, quotes about Corruption:
The dearest ambition of a slave is not liberty, but to have a slave of his own.
……I either want less corruption, or more chance to participate in it.
Haha… set a thief to catch a thief… not a bad idea mate!
